9:00 am-12:30 pm - Stitching on Wool: An Introduction to a "Wild and Wooly Time” Workshop - Learn to applique wool pieces together. Embellish with dimensional stitches, bullion knots, drizzle stitches and others! Create a pincushion with your stitched square. Registration Required.
1:30 - 3:00 pm - Meeting - Introduction to Wool Appliqué & Creative Stitching. Join guild members Laura and Karen for their presentation of Wool Applique and Creative Stitching. Laura and Karen will share their passion for this medium, how they got started, important facts about working with and caring for wool, and best of all amazing works in wool for your viewing pleasure.
For the April meeting, The Between the Seams Book Club will meet at the Peachtree City Library downstairs meeting room on the 4th Tuesday of the month. The book for April is After The Storm by Cary Flanagan and the May book will be The True Love Quilting Club by Lori Wilde.
