  • Along with a Sit & Sew Supper (Pot Luck)
  • You’ll only need to make one Challenge Quilt in 2019! Your entry will be displayed & voted upon at both the Day & Night July meetings, with prizes awarded at the Night meeting. Bring some hand work to enjoy while viewing these gorgeous quilts.

  • From Traditional to Contemporary: “Releasing the Artist in All of Us” 
  • Eileen’s presentation is certain to speak to all types of quilters and inspire us to venture into new quilting territory. She was among the first to present foundation piecing as a way to create art quilts. Her “When Grandmother’s Lily Garden Blooms” is in the permanent collection in Paducah. 

Aug 23, Fri @ 10:00am – 4:00pm “How Does Your Garden Grow” Workshop with Eileen Sullivan

  •  $40 class fee due with sign up. 
  • The thrust of the workshop is to develop unique, individual floral gardens from the numerous blocks given in handouts. Class work will complete several blocks then move on to composition, ‘sew-able’ arrangements, variations and pre-planning an entire project.

  •  Come join us anytime throughout the day and evening for fellowship and sewing fun. 
  • Bring your own donation project or work on a kit provided. 
  • We will order out for supper and at 7 pm, we will break for a regular meeting with Show & Tell, Monthly Mini, announcements, etc.
